Note Aurex does not verify user eligibility or jurisdictional compliance on behalf of the user.
Account responsibility
Users are solely responsible for:
maintaining account security,
safeguarding login credentials and recovery data,
all actions performed using their account.
Aurex is not responsible for losses resulting from compromised access credentials.
Card usage
Virtual cards are provided for online payments and operate subject to:
available card balance,
applicable fees,
external payment network and merchant rules.
Important Aurex does not guarantee card acceptance, transaction approval, or uninterrupted service.
Fees
Certain platform actions may incur fees, including:
card issuance fees,
service or processing fees.
All applicable fees are displayed before confirmation.
Service availability
Aurex may:
modify or suspend features,
perform maintenance,
restrict access temporarily or permanently.
Service availability is provided as is, without guarantees of uptime or performance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Aurex is not liable for indirect or consequential losses,
losses resulting from third-party services or merchants,
losses caused by user error or misuse.

Aurex does not provide:
financial advice,
investment recommendations,
guarantees of profit or outcomes.
All usage decisions are made at the user’s own risk.
