Dashboard
Note This section describes the role of the Aurex Dashboard within the platform and how it relates to other access methods.
The Aurex Dashboard is the primary control center for managing your account, cards, balances, and integrations.
Primary role
The web dashboard is designed to provide:
full account visibility,
advanced configuration options,
access to platform-level settings.
It is the most complete interface available on Aurex.
Important Some actions are intentionally restricted to the web dashboard and are not available in the mobile application.
Dashboard vs Mobile App
Aurex can be accessed through:
the web dashboard, and
the mobile application.
Each interface has a distinct role.
Web Dashboard
account registration and setup,
card issuance and configuration,
API key management,
detailed account and activity views.
Mobile Application
quick access to balances and cards,
day-to-day card usage,
on-the-go account monitoring.
Note The mobile application is designed for convenience, while the dashboard is designed for control.
Data synchronization
All data shown in the dashboard is synchronized across platforms.
This includes:
wallet balances,
card balances and statuses,
transaction history.
Important Changes made in the dashboard are reflected in the mobile app, and vice versa. There is no separate data layer for mobile users.
Account creation and access
Important Account registration is available only through the web dashboard.
The mobile application does not support account creation and will redirect new users to aurex.cash to complete registration.
When the dashboard is required
Use the web dashboard when you need to:
create or configure cards,
manage account-level settings,
access API functionality,
review detailed account activity.
Tip Even if you primarily use the mobile app, the dashboard remains the reference point for advanced actions.
Usage considerations
Note The dashboard is optimized for desktop and larger screens to support complex workflows and data visibility.
Temporary limitations may occur during maintenance or feature updates.
